Conveyance

There will be periodic Shuttle Service from all the official conference hotels and two central points in the city to the venue and back. There would also be shuttle service within the conference complex, between HICC and HITEX. 
The delegates can commute to the venue by the Metro Rail, City Bus, and Auto Rickshaw or use the Dial-a-Cab facility as well. 

As a novel initiative, the Organizing Committee has negotiated special tariff for booking personal conveyance for the delegates if they so desire. The delegate could book a car that would be available exclusively for personal use and for the desired duration.
 This package is for local use in Hyderabad. 
This package is ideal for a group of 3-4 delegates or a family.

The dedicated car package starts on February 1, 7.00 AM and concludes on February 4, 11.00 PM. The delegate is entitled to use it for a total of 48 hours and up to 300 km in four days.
Packages for luxury cars and out station visits are available on request.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations with request for refunds must be received by the conference secretariat in writing latest by December 31, 2006. Cancellation charges will include 10% penalty until October 31, 25% penalty until November 30, 50% penalty until December 31, and no refund after January 1. All refunds shall be settled before March 1, 2007.
